If the cookie cake is not picked up, Opal & Onyx will hold the cookie cake until the end of the next business day. Failure to pick up cookie cake will not result in a refund. Opal & Onyx is not responsible or liable for the cookie cake once it leaves our possession. Cancellations: Opal & Onyx will accept cancellations up to 2 business days before the scheduled pick up day, with full refund. You may reschedule your cookie cake up to 1 business day before pickup date and time at no cost(subject to availability).
