Thrive Application
Thank you for your interest in the Thrive initiative with Indiana Ministries. We invite you to apply if: 1) You are an ordained minister in the Church of God or currently enrolled in Leadership Focus, AND 2) You are serving on the pastoral staff of a Church of God congregation in Indiana. Applications are accepted at any time. Participants will be selected as enrollment opens twice a year - in May and November. Please note there is a $25 application fee and you will be prompted to enter card information at the end of this form.
