To provide officiant, notary, and related professional services, Elysian Officiant & Notary services may collect and review personal information, including but not limited to government-issued identification, marriage licenses, and other documentation required to verify identity and eligibility for services.
All personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable professional standards.
Consent to Collect and Review Identification Documents
By submitting documentation or presenting identification, the client authorizes Elysian Officiant & Notary services to collect, view, and temporarily retain copies or records of government-issued identification, marriage licenses, and related documents as necessary to perform requested services.
Clients acknowledge that failure to provide accurate and matching information may result in refusal or discontinuation of services without refund.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Elysian Officiant & Notary services takes reasonable measures to safeguard personal information and limits access to such information to authorized personnel only. Personal information is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete the requested service.
Documents and records are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill professional obligations and are then securely destroyed in accordance with standard privacy practices.
