Please be sure you are inputting the correct information on our form. There will be a $35.00 fee to edit and or delete information that is not accurate. We officiate services in all 48 states with a specialization in the state of North Carolina. If you have an out-of-state marriage license, contact us to make sure there are no additional steps to be completed by the Officiant prior to your signing date. Make note: Simple Signings are informal and consist of the couple and two witnesses.

- It is the responsibility of the couple to obtain a valid Marriage License. Before signing your Marriage License, we will do our due diligence to ensure the Marriage License is the original county-issued marriage license.
- The couple's information listed on the I.D at the time of booking and signing must match the Marriage License to prevent fraudulent activity.
