- The couple's information listed on the I.D at the time of booking and signing must match the marriage license to prevent fraudulent activity.

- Saturday-Sunday: Signings will take place at 1515 Mockingbird Ln. 4Th FL Charlotte, NC 28209; between the hours of 9:00a.m - 9:00 p.m.
- Same-day signing requests made after 2:30 p.m. will be completed at Marshall St. Park Charlotte, NC; between the hours of 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
