Registration Rates and Deadlines
Early Bird Registration: The Early Bird rate is $70 per person. To qualify, registration must be submitted and paid in full online or payment must be postmarked on or before October 23, 2026. Momentum T-shirts may be pre-ordered for $20 each through the Early Bird deadline.
Regular Registration: The regular registration rate is $90 per person for registrations submitted after October 23 and no later than November 6, 2026.
Final Registration Deadline: November 6, 2026.
Registrations, additions, or changes submitted after November 6 will incur a $20 late fee per attendee, change, or addition due to the additional administrative and event preparation required.
Walk-On Registration
Walk-on registration is strongly discouraged. When a walk-on registration is absolutely necessary, the attendee will be charged the $90 registration rate, the applicable $20 late fee, and an additional $10 walk-on administration fee, for a total of $120 per person.
Walk-on attendees are not guaranteed seating with their church group, including groups that qualified for reserved seating.
Non-Refundable Registration
All conference registrations are non-refundable. Leaders are charged the same registration rate as students, and no discounted rate is offered for partial attendance.
Refunds or credits will not be issued if a group attends with fewer people than originally registered. Any outstanding registration balance will remain due upon arrival.
Integrity Principle Scholarship
The Integrity Principle Scholarship allows a qualifying student to attend Momentum free of charge when invited by your youth ministry. To qualify, the student must:
- Be an unsaved young person who does not regularly attend your church or youth ministry
- Have never previously attended Momentum Conference
- Be submitted individually through the Integrity Principle form provided after registration
- Be verified by both the church’s Youth Pastor/Leader and Senior Pastor
All Integrity Principle students must be submitted and verified by November 6, 2026. Due to the verification and administrative processing required, no Integrity Principle submissions can be accepted after this deadline.
A student who would otherwise qualify but is submitted after November 6 may still attend but must be registered as a paying attendee and will be subject to all applicable late and walk-on fees.
Entering the number of anticipated Integrity students on this registration does not complete the Integrity submission or verification process.
Senior Pastor and Spouse
The Senior Pastor and spouse may attend Momentum free of charge. This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be applied to another attendee.
Large Group Discount
For every 10 paying students, one leader may attend free of charge. This discount is available only to Early Bird registrations submitted by October 23, 2026.
Integrity students and paying leaders do not count toward the 10-paying-student requirement. Free-leader registrations cannot be transferred or applied to student registrations.
Reserved Seating
Groups of 25 or more registered by October 23, 2026, qualify for reserved seating during general sessions.
Reserved seating does not apply to concerts or arena floor seating. Arena floor seating remains open on a first-come, first-served basis.
Seating assignments are based on registrations received by the Early Bird deadline and are final once established. Late additions and walk-on attendees are not guaranteed seating within their church group’s reserved section.
Adult Leader Screening
By registering adult leaders, the church confirms that each leader attending with students has been appropriately screened and that all required background checks have been completed by the church or affiliated organization.
Payment
Accepted payment methods include church-issued checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
All outstanding balances must be paid before or upon arrival at Momentum.
Accessibility
Please notify Illinois Student Ministries in advance if anyone in your group requires an accessibility accommodation, including wheelchair-accessible seating, hearing assistance, or other accommodations.
