• Strategic Workforce Planning diagnostic questionnaire

    Strategic Workforce Planning diagnostic questionnaire

  • As the charity dedicated to finding new ways to close skills gaps in UK engineering and manufacturing, Enginuity works with partners to develop new tools for employers like you.

We are currently working with UKRI Innovate UK’s Knowledge Transfer Partnerships and Teesside University on a strategic workforce planning tool.

To ensure that this tool meets the real needs of UK employers we would really appreciate it if you could complete this survey. We estimate it would take about 15 minutes of your time.

All responses will remain confidential, and data will be aggregated to ensure privacy; but by participating you will be given access to a summary of the results, helping you to compare your practices against other employers.

    Help us to help you.

    Many thanks,

    Ann Watson, Chief Executive, Enginuity.
