Trunk or Treat Vehicle Registration Form

Thank you for being a part of this exciting event at HIllview UMC, We are grateful for your participation which allows all of us to be in community with our neighbors. Please read the policies carefully and make sure you understand and comply with each item. Thank you.

• No scary displays will be allowed on the decoration and costumes 
• An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event
• No political advertising will be allowed 
• There will be a best theme award at the end of the event
• Event is from 4pm-6pm and participants must stay for the entire event 
• All trunks must arrive by 3:00pm and finished setting up by 3:45pm 
• Electricity is not availalble 
• Trunks provide two bags of candy (indivdually wrapped and sealed, each bag should have 150+ pieces of candy) or non candy treat (bouncy balls, temparary tattoos, pencels). We are expecting around 400 kids. Hillview UMC will provide the remaining candy.
