2023-2024 Field Trip Waiver

Statement of Beliefs

• We believe the world was created by God in 7 days. (Genesis 2:2)
• We believe the sin of man was atoned for by the death of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, by His death on the cross. Jesus died and rose again 3 days later.
  (1st Corinthians 15)
• We believe that to be saved, you must believe in Jesus Christ, repent and be filled with the Holy Spirit. (Romans 10:9-10) (Romans 8:9)
• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• We believe in the works of the Holy Spirit as outlined by scripture
  (1 Corinthians 12).
• We believe there are only two spiritual forces on earth - God and Satan, Angels and Demons, Heaven and Hell.
• We believe all other religions, outside of the belief in Jesus Christ as the one and only Son of God, are false.
• We believe that it is by grace that we are saved, not through works.
• We believe marriage is only between one biological man and one biological female. (Mark 10:6)
• We believe there are only two genders, and God created them males and females.
• We neither condone same-sex attractions nor same-sex relationships/partnerships in our community. (Romans 1:26-27)
• We believe in the sanctity of life from conception until death. (Psalm 139:13-16)
• We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, living and breathing word of God.
  (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
• We believe in personal freedom as given to each American Citizen through the Constitution of the United states of America, which gives each person rights over their own bodies whether that be medically, philosophically or spiritually.
• We will never require masks, we will never require vaccines, we will never require anything that challenges your right to your own God given bodily autonomy.
• We will set a tone of Freedom in our group and will remove anyone who is challenging another members right to these freedoms (verbally or beyond).
• We believe the Constitution of the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence was an inspired work of God through our founding fathers and should be upheld as written (Not inerrant, just inspired).

Code of Conduct

Dealing as the community of Kingdom Culture:
We expect all Members to treat one another with respect and kindness.

Clothing
Please dress modestly - avoid short shorts/skirts and no low cut shirts or mid-drift clothing or excessively tight clothing.

Colorful words, even though not a cuss word, are not encouraged (stupid, sucks, etc). Think less is more in this area. We prefer no politically charged, medically charged, judgemental kind of clothing. We all love Jesus, give grace and space! We do not allow any clothing that depicts witchcraft, ghosts, vampires, sorcery, scary monsters (like fanged dragons or zombie kind of things) or artwork, sexual imagery, alcohol, drugs, or the like. Remember you are around very small children! If very offensive clothing is worn we will kindly ask you to change or leave the event. You are representing KCE, and KCE is representing Christ to the community.

Language
Ephesians 4:29

Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.

No cussing, sexually charged language/jokes, and please try to refrain from using PG13 words as we have many young ears over-hearing your conversations.

Banned Items
It should go without saying, but we’ll say it anyway. No drugs, no profanity, no smoking or vaping anywhere near where children are present.

Allergies
We may have children with severe allergies. If you are a parent of a child with allergies, it is your duty to speak with us and each event to make us aware of your child's needs. We will do all we can to help you have a healthy and safe time at KCE

Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that participation in Kingdom Culture field trip and activities could involve risk to the participant (and to the participant’s parents or guardians, if the participant is a minor), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage.

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in Kingdom Culture activities, the participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in and transportation to and from the activity. 

The participant (or parent/guardian) accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during these activities or during transportation to and from the activities, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to as the “activity sponsor”). 

Further, the participant (or parent/guardian) releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the KCE leadership or activity sponsor for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity or transportation to and from the activity, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of the activity sponsor, the participant,  or otherwise.

Image Waiver

KCE uses event pictures on social media, on our website, in video productions and on occasional marketing materials. By participating in an KCE event wether in a public place or private, you acknowledge that your image or the image of your family can find it's way into other attenders photography and be dispersed without your permission. KCE has no control over participants using your images. KCE however will not publically post your image without permission, but will however use field trip images inside Kingdom Cultures private facebook groups.
