2024 VARJ Conference Partner Registration & Booth Signup

We are currently experiencing very limited vendor table space for the 2024 show! In an effort to accommodate as many partners as possible, we have left this form open and will be putting partners who have registered after 02/19/2024 and are Silver or lower in an overflow room. Please know this is not an ideal location but is the only way that we can accommodate everyone. We will do our best to direct some traffic to that area but can make no guarantees.

2024 VARJ Annual Conference

Hotel: Conference registrants are required to book their own hotel rooms. The original VARJ housing block at the Hilton is full. VARJ has reserved a block of rooms at discounted rates at two nearby locations. Both of the overflow hotels are within a five-minute walk from the conference hotel.

Exhibitor Move-Out Hours:
Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 2:30PM to 5:00PM
All equipment & exhibit materials must be completely removed from the show floor by: 5:00PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

Display Furniture:
Each vendor will be supplied with 1 - topped table and 2 chairs. Diamond and Platinum partners will receive two tables for a "large" exhibit space.
