Tickets are available at £17 per person and can be ordered at Table 1 below. The tickets will include admission to the Race Night, a welcome drink on arrival, a hot supper between Races 4 and 5 and will act as a programme for the event.
Horses are available at £3 each or 4 for £10 and can be purchased at Table 2 below; we request that you give them an amusing/catchy name. We will allocate horses to the first 7 races so that we get a good spread.
The winning owner of the horse winning each race will receive a bottle of Prosecco.
There will be 8 races, either flat or National Hunt, which will be drawn at random immediately before each race; the 8th and final race will be an auction "Selling Plate" - 4 horses for Race 8 will be auctioned between Races 3&4 and the remainder will be auctioned after Race 7; the winning owner will receive 50% of the auction pool; the 2nd and 3rd placed owners will each receive a bottle of Prosecco.
Betting will be on a Tote system operated by our Tote Manager, Paul Laird, stakes are in units of £1 and bets will be taken before each race and entered in a spreadsheet visible to all - for convenience and to reduce movement around the room between races it would be much appreciated if you could bet in advance using the betting form at Table 3 below and transfer the total sum to your payment form at Table 4. 50% of the betting pool will go as prize money to the winning punters and the residue will go to our charity pot.

All winning owners and those lucky winning punters will be contacted during the week following the event to arrange the transfer of winnings (or payment of any debit balances!).
