Rules for all clubs: Your Credit Card or Paypal will be charged the beginning of the month to insure that we order the correct number of pieces for the month. This charge will take place between the 1st and 10th of each month.
If you miss a payment the remaining installment(s) of your club(s) will be canceled and bonuses at the end of the club will be forfeited.
The fabric and count that you choose during the sign-up period is applied to all of your club’s installments and cannot be changed at any point.
Colors for each month have been curated by Rogue Stitching. Rogue Stitching reserves the right to change a color if a color dye has been discontinued. Rogue Stitching will try to match, as close as possible, the color in question. Club members cannot randomly change a color within the club itself.
You can cancel your club membership at any time, however, you will also forfeit any bonus or special that is a part of the club program.
We ship all products through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not responsible for the replacement of any order that has a tracking number and has been reported as “Delivered.” You will need to contact your local Post Office to track your package. If you need your tracking number sent to you again, please call 785-571-2516 and we will be happy to help! It is not the fault of Rogue Stitching if you move and do not inform Rogue Stitching of your new address. Also, Rogue Stitching is not responsible for any packages that are not delivered due to forwarding address issue.
