Pack 3 registration / renewal 2023-24
Hi there! We need to collect some information from each new and returning family. We use this info to help with registration and also to communicate with you in case of emergency, and also to let you know about upcoming den/pack activities and ways to volunteer. You can ask to be removed from Pack 3 email lists at any time, if you decide Cub Scouts is not for your family.

We have a severe allergy or other medical issue that volunteer leaders should be aware of
There are adult family members who are *not* authorized to bring our scout to/from activities
Our scout has special needs or will need additional support at Cub Scout activities
We will need financial assistance or a payment plan in order to participate
We would like to pay extra to support families who may need financial assistance
Anything else we should know about your family structure or situation? Feel free to share details if they'd be helpful, or we can discuss privately if you prefer
Pack 3 is organized and run by volunteers: regular parents and caregivers like you. We all lead incredibly busy lives, and yet Cub Scouts relies on every adult carving out some time so that our kids have a great experience! What kinds of things would adults from your family be willing to help with? Training and support is available. Please check all that seem interesting, and give comments and details below.
