● Be an exceptionally skilled and dedicated educator in iLearn Schools.

● Anticipate actively continuing in his/her teaching status for at least five more years.

● Have the respect and admiration of students, parents, and colleagues.

● Demonstrate a strong ability to foster excellence in education as evidenced by ongoing contributions to the improvement of student learning and the learning environment.

STUDENT GROWTH AND ACHIEVEMENT: Describe your impact on students' growth and achievement in relation to the subject you teach. Support your response with specific, measurable data that highlights your contributions. Whether the data reflects improvement in one student or across a group, ensure it is clear and tangible evidence of your positive influence.
Example: As a Physical Education teacher, you've witnessed the remarkable transformation of a student who went from completing just one lap in the first trimester to conquering an impressive ten laps in the second trimester. Similarly, an Art Teacher who watched a student initially struggling to draw during the first trimester, only to witness that same student now showcasing artistic prowess in the second trimester. For Math and Reading, NJSLA or other data are very helpful.
