The participating CEO mentors have been extremely generous to provide a full day of mentorship to our CEOx1Day finalists. Their teams schedule the mentorship date and design agendas months in advance, with meetings scheduled specifically to benefit the learning and professional development of the participating student. When applying to be a CEOx1Day participant, you acknowledge this unique opportunity and commit to attending both the Career Development Day, and CEO Mentorship Day, if selected.

If selected, the applicant agrees to:
- The publication of their name and photo in media and any Odgers Berndtson and CEOx1Day communications which could include its website, social media, email communications, thought leadership, and newsletters.
- Participate in any media interviews related to CEOx1Day Program, as required.
- Complete any additional confidentiality or liability waivers required by the organization of the CEO mentor that they have been paired with.
- Attend their regional Career Development Day, and day of mentorship with their matched CEO.
