Custom wig order services accepted payments Twint, Paypal or Bank transfer.
All wigs require to pay non-refundable deposit. The deposit is half of your total. The remaining balance is due before shipping order out.
If you are selecting a custom unit with color and you are adding a inspo color in the file we are allowed to deny the color request or accept it. If we accept it please keep in mind we are not the creator of the inspo picture you provided. Our goal is to get to get as close to the color request as possible.
Due to each person having different lighting, settings and devices. Actual colors in the picture may vary! It’s very important that our clients understand color/colors in the picture may look a little different in person despite what you see on your phone/computer.
We use studio lighting and sometimes natural lighting when photographing our products.Therefore, we can not guarantee that the color you see will accurately portray the product.
Custom orders with our quality raw extensions takes 14-21 business days to prepare + 3-5 business days to ship. Customs orders with our quality virgin hair extensions will take 7-14 business days to prepare + 3-5 business days to ship. This doesn’t include holidays or weekends.If it's a delay in your order we will notified you to inform you.
