Event & Calendar Request Form
All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event and no more than 6 months in advance.

Staff will review requests weekly to determine the availability of dates and alignment with our mission and vision. Once approved, the Church Council will be informed of the calendar changes.

If approved, the event will be added to the church calendar, and you will receive a confirmation notification. The event is not calendared until you receive a confirmation.
