By registering for the Ambassador Program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Age Verification for Alcohol Sampling: I understand that participants who wish to sample alcohol during the tour must be at least 21 years of age. Valid photo identification will be required to verify age eligibility for alcohol sampling.

Participation and Responsibility: I understand that individuals under 21 are welcome to participate in the tour but are prohibited from sampling any alcoholic beverages. I agree to abide by this requirement and will not provide alcohol to any underage participant.

Consent to Receive Program-Related Emails: By registering for the Ambassador Program, I agree to receive emails from Destination Bryan related to the program, including updates, reminders, and relevant marketing communications. I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time.

Liability Waiver: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Ambassador Program, its organizers, partners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or actions arising from my participation in the tour, including any incidents related to alcohol consumption or any personal injuries or damages.
