Request only; the HOA will endeavor to accommodate preferences whenever feasible. Otherwise, you will be assigned the nearest available spot.
Terms & Conditions
1. Failure to pay the rental fee by June 1st will result in the garden plot will be cleaned out at my expense and forfeited.
2. I will pay a $50 (full plot) or $25 (half-plot) to help cover garden expenses like garden upkeep and garden repair.
3. I will have something planted in my plot by May 20th and keep my plot planted all summer long. I will have my plot cleaned out at the end of the season by October 1. You may contact management if you'd like to request an extension to this date: support@mihimanage.com
4. Failure to clean my garden plot out as required will result in a $150 penalty fee at my expense.
5. If I must abandon my plot for any reason, I will notify the garden leadership.
6. I will keep weeds at a minimum and maintain the areas immediately surrounding my plot.
7. If my plot becomes unkempt, I understand I will be given one (1) week's notice to clean it up. Otherwise, the plot will be cleaned out at my expense and forfeited.
8. I will keep trash and litter out of the garden plot, adjacent pathways and fences.
9. I will participate in the fall cleanup of the garden.
10. I will not plant crops that will shade neighboring plots.
11. I will pick only my own crops unless given permission by another plot user.
12. I will not use fertilizers, insecticides or weed repellents that will in any way affect other plots.
13. I will not bring pets to the garden.
I understand that neither the Thanksgiving Meadows Homeowners Association, nor its agents, are responsible for my actions. I THEREFORE AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS ALL PARTIES FOR ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGE, LOSS OR CLAIM THAT OCCURS IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE GARDEN BY ME OR ANY OF MY GUESTS.*
