Booth Configuration: All booths are 20’ x 20’ and include a back drape to separate the cooking from the sales area and a series of tables to make the front of the booth. To comply with the fire and health department regulations you must diagram in detail the position of all your equipment: stoves, refrigerators, tables, etc. and doorways. Your diagram will be submitted along with others for final approval.*
