    Travel details

    We collect your travel information for two purposes: to prepare visa invitation letters, where planned arrival and departure dates may need to be indicated, and to organise airport pick-up and drop-off services.

    If you do not know your final travel details yet, please enter your planned arrival and departure dates, set the time to 00:00, and write “To be confirmed” in the Arrival/Departure Information field. Remember to include the Post Conference Tour (if you plan to attend).

    We will contact all participants approximately two weeks before the conference to confirm and update their final travel details to arrange the transfer service.

    Accommodation

    Accommodation included in the conference fee covers only the nights included in your selected package (Full Conference Package or Weekend Package).

    Any additional nights at the venue before or after the conference you can book separately below (45 EUR per night per person).

    Airport transfer service will be provided on selected dates only:
    Airport pick-up to the conference venue: 28 and 29 January

    Drop-off from the venue to the airport:
    1 February for participants registered for the Weekend Package
    4 February for participants registered for the Full Conference Package

            The package includes:

            • participation in all programme sessions open to alumni and all registered participants;
            • accommodation for the official conference period;
            • airport pick-up and drop-off within the designated arrival and departure period;
            • meals and coffee breaks throughout the conference;
            • all official dinners, receptions, networking and social activities;
            • City Tour & Networking in Dar es Salaam;
            • Gala Dinner & Awards;
            • Alumni Meet-Up and other alumni activities included in the programme.

            Alumni Weekend Conference Package EUR 400 / per person

            29 Jan - 1 Feb 2027

            The Weekend Package covers all official activities and services from Friday, 29 January through lunch on Monday, 1 February 2027.

            The package includes:

            participation in all programme sessions open to alumni and all registered
            participants during the package period;
            accommodation from Friday until Monday;
            airport pick-up and drop-off within the designated arrival and departure period;
            all meals and coffee breaks, including lunch on Monday;
            all official dinners, receptions, networking and social activities scheduled during the package period;
            Alumni Meet-Up.

            Programme activities taking place after lunch on Monday are not included.

            Registration Deadline:
            1 December 2026

            Cancellation & Refund Policy
            Cancellation within 14 days of payment and no later than 30 November 2026: 100% refund
            Cancellation after the first 14 days, but no later than 30 November 2026: 50% refund
            Cancellation from 1 December 2026 onwards: non-refundable
            Participant substitutions may be possible subject to prior approval by the organisers.

            Additional accommodation before or after the official conference period may be requested, subject to availability.
