Please fill out the travel inquiry form in its entirety. There is a non refundable planning fee that MUST be paid before any research is started. Each form is for ONE destination and up to 2 quotes. If you would like multiple destinations, please fill out a separate form for each one.

Once your form and planning fee is received, please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your quotes. It may take longer depending on the amount of quotes received. You will be contacted within 3-5 business days to discuss your itinerary in detail, if more information is needed to get started. Please note not providing a budget can possibly delay the start of your research.

How To Book:
Step 1: Please provide Traveler information. There is a different place on the form to put "how many travelers are going on the trip. Fill out the guest entry in its entirety. If you do not have all the guest(s) information, you may proceed to complete the form with providing the Leader of the Group information. You will need to provide all guest information before any BOOKING IS CONFIMRED.

Step 2: Fill out the Travel Details.

Step 3: Continue To Payment' Authorize payment for planning fee.

Select "1" for number of travelers

$25 for groups of 4 or less. $50 for groups 5 or more..

Step 4: Wait 3-5 business day for quotes to be sent to your email.

Quotes will be sent via email within 3-5 business days. Once your form is received, you will receive one of two options to choose from based on your travel inquiry form. I offer one revision to your quote within 5 days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 5 days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please note if you're not deposit ready at the time when you receive your quote, prices aren't guaranteed and are subject to change at anytime. There is a $25 change fee if any changes are made after the booking is confirmed. If multiple changes are made at different times, a fee will be charged for each change. There is a cancellation fee up to $50 per person subtracted from the refund.

The non-refundable retainer fee is good for ONLY 5 days after itinerary has been sent. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee.

The non-refundable retainer fee includes:
- 2 itinerary and package searches to find the best quote that is within your budget;
- pre-trip travel tips and advisories;
- email/phone assistance during your travel;
- post-trip follow-up.
