    I work to secure the best available pricing for your travel plans. To make that possible, please complete the Travel Quote Request Form in full. A non‑refundable research/retainer fee is required per destination, and each fee includes up to two itinerary and package searches.

    Your quote is valid for 5 days after it is delivered. Any revisions, new quotes, or additional searches after the 5‑day window will require a new research fee.

     
    🚢 Cruise Quotes
    If you’re requesting a cruise quote only, you may select two cruise lines from the dropdown menu. After your form is submitted, I’ll reach out within 24–48 hours if I need additional details to finalize your options.

     
    🌍 Multi‑Destination Trips
    If your trip includes more than one destination, each location requires its own form and its own research fee.

     
    🏝️ Resort / Hotel / Land Vacations / Cruise Packages
    Please allow 3–5 business days to receive your quote.

    Your research fee includes:

    Up to two itinerary/package searches
    Pre‑trip travel tips and advisories
    Email/phone assistance during travel
    Post‑trip follow‑up
    If you are not deposit‑ready when your quote is delivered, prices are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

     
    ✈️ Flight Policy
    Eyescream Travel does not book flights separately. All flights must be booked as part of a hotel or resort package.

    Cruise‑only quotes are excluded from this policy.

    Your quote may include complimentary flight suggestions for planning purposes only. These suggestions help ensure you book flights that align with your package. All flights must depart from the same airport for travelers on the same booking.

     
    👥 Large Groups
    If your group needs more than 5 hotel rooms or more than 4 cruise cabins, please complete the “BOOK A GROUP TRIP” form instead.

     
    📩 Quote Delivery, Booking Window & Revisions
    Quotes are delivered via email within 3–5 business days
    You will receive two options based on your inquiry
    You receive one complimentary revision within 5 days of receiving your initial quote
    Additional revisions or new quotes require a new research fee
    Clients must respond within 5 days of receiving their quote; otherwise, the request may be considered abandoned


    ⏳ Booking Window After Deposit
    Once your deposit is applied, all travelers have 7 days to complete their booking. Any bookings requested after the 7‑day window will require a new research fee and will be subject to current pricing and availability.

    Change & Cancellation Fees
    $25 change fee for any changes made after booking is confirmed
    Cruise cancellations: up to $50 per person
    Hotel/resort cancellations: up to $100 per person (Fees are deducted from any applicable refund.)

    Need your quote sooner? Select the Rush Fee at checkout for delivery within 24–48 business hours.

     
    🛡️ Travel Insurance
    Travel insurance is highly recommended for all vacation packages. If you decline insurance, a waiver will be required.

     
    🕒 Business Hours (Effective March 9, 2026)
    I operate Tuesday–Friday, 11 AM–6 PM. Requests submitted after hours or on weekends will be handled on the next business day.
