Any current On the Water or On the Bank member of Canoe Wales aged 16 or older is entitled to vote at the 2023 AGM to be held on 13th November 2023. A member may also use this form to appoint another voting member as their proxy to vote for them. The form must be completed in full by 2pm on 12th November 2023.
