This is to sign up for back to school Summer Sew for name taping for your family. Once I have received your filled-in form back I will acknowledge with a WhatsApp message in the first instance & let you know if we have space. I will ask for the names of your children so that I can ensure your name tapes arrive in plenty of time. Orders for East Lothian & Edinburgh are typically collected by our team but all other jobs are transported using DPD. There is a charge for delivery & DPD added to your invoice.
