By submitting this form I, an authorized representative for the listed company give Wedding In New York full permission to publish / reprint the images submitted herein from the wedding of the couple listed above - in any or all magazines to include Buffalo Wedding Magazine, Rochester Wedding Magazine and Syracuse Wedding Magazine - in addition to all websites and social media pages owned / operated by Wedding In New York. I understand that there is zero compensation for this submission and that publication is in no way guaranteed, as printed / published materials are up to the sole discretion of Wedding In New York. Wedding In New York hereby agrees that no images submitted will be used in third party advertising.*

IF YOU WILL BE DIRECTLY SUBMITTING IMAGES ( IN LIEU OF YOUR WEDDING COUPLE PROVIDING IMAGES THEMSELVES ) :

We will need images submitted via Drop Box / WeTransfer.com / Gallery Download / USB etc… of approximately 100 high resolution images - if not more, the more images the better! ( I’ll take images of the entire event ).

Images must be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi or higher.

We generally use a combination of mostly detail / decor shots, images of just the wedding couple, and a few a of the wedding party.

If mailing images via USB - Please be sure to include a printed copy of the Real Wedding Photography Release Form.
