J and C Building Cleaning Non-Disclosure;

Upon acceptance of working for J & C Building, the Employee agrees that during the term of active employment with J & C Building Cleaning, and for a period of one (1) year after the end of their employment will not solicit or accept any employment relating to janitorial services for any of the present or past companies that J & C Building Cleaning have or have had a cleaning contract with.

It is also understood that any information that you may come upon relating to the company that J & C Building is cleaning is private and confidential and is not to be shared with any other person.

Should the employee break this agreement, J & C Building Cleaning may take legal action.

J & C Building Cleaning reserves the right to change the employee's hours according to the needs of the position including the employees start time.
In accepting this position, you will make every effort to make yourself available to replace one of the other employees that are cleaning one of the other condominiums should the need arise.
