Research/Planning Fee Policy

NOTE: Due to an increased number of quote requests received daily, Travel Well Concierge will be charging all clients a $25 reimbursable research/planning fee deposit before creating a custom vacation package. This fee is applied as a final payment toward your trip. If you decide to book the trip on your own, with another agent/agency, or fail to pay your deposit by the date outlined in the quote, the research/planning fee is nonrefundable.

This fee includes our usual services of finding/recommending the best properties for you, along with helping to navigate the ever changing rules to travel, including the latest updates from tour operators, airlines, and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination. Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, please schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.

During that phone call, if both parties decide to move forward, the fee will be due prior to any planning of the vacation. While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our professional services fee ensures that you will not be alone with your vacation. If there are any issues that arise, we are the ones to handle those for you every step of the way.
