Florham Park Sports Dome & Event Center Rules of the Complex

All Organizations, Coaches and/or Field Supervisors are responsible for making sure all FPSD complex rules are adhered to and enforced by ALL your organizations players, families, and spectators.
ALL COACHES AND SUPERVISORS MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND COMPLETE THE FPSD LIABILITY WAIVER VIA LEAGUEAPPS PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION

Please review and send to all of your coaches and families in order to streamline the traffic pattern at the facility

Coaches/Staff are responsible for communicating all FPSD policies and procedures to their players, parents, and customers
All teams/staff are responsible for cleaning up their designated area (water bottles, tape) and equipment during and after use of the complex
All bags, equipment, and or anything brought in the Dome must be kept in your designated field at all times. Equipment must be away from all doors and exit areas.
End practice 5 minutes early to get players off the fields.
If you have a young age group on the field, make sure you stagger their end time and supervise them at all times while exiting the revolving doors and guiding them to their parents. DO NOT LEAVE ANY CHILD OUTSIDE ALONE/UNSUPERVISED.
NO food or drinks on the field other than water
NO gum
NO seeds, fruit or any foods
NO Cleats
NO tobacco of any kind in and around the facility.
NO chairs of any kind in the Dome.
NO bags or equipment left near or around front entrance to the dome.
NO wall-ball
The field is for ONLY the players participating in the programs. NO others may use the fields at any time.
Lift all nets when moving them, if you drag the nets make sure it is on the flat side not the edges or points.
Place nets away from people and the fire alarms. So, when shooting if missing the net does not cause damage or hurt anyone. Do not place a net in front of the doors. A bownet must be placed behind all lacrosse goals. Avoid shooting balls into the padding and dome fabric.
Remove all nets if the next group is not your sport.
NO one other than handicap people should use the handicap door. If you need to bring in equipment, only open one door at a time.
Parking for ALL employees and coaches must be on the west side of the dome. As you pull into the complex all the way to the right side of the Dome. This is very important as the complex starts to get busy, we want your customers to have a good parking spot.
Parents should be told it would be best to view from our viewing areas in the building, not the field. Encourage them to watch from the inside upstairs area.

If you see something that does not look right, please stop it from happening.*
By accepting, I agree that as a coach/supervisor I am representing my organization therefore am responsible for making sure that all Florham Park Sports Dome and Event Center, LLC rules and procedures are adhered to by my team and organizations' players, families, and spectators.*
By accepting, I or someone in my organization agrees to check/review and confirm that all coaches, players and spectator have completed the FPSD liability waiver. If a coach, player or spectator fails to complete a waiver, my organization will be responsible and liable for all coaches, players, and spectators that do not complete an FPSD Waiver and Release of Liability.*
