TCA Design Awards 2023 – Individual Recognition Awards Application

The following awards categories honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the concrete industry in Tennessee. Plaques will be presented to the individual. This form includes the Lifetime Hall of Fame Award, the Regional Impact Award (New in 2024!), the Master Craftsman Award (New in 2024!) and the Frontline Ambassador Award. If you would like to nominate multiple people for the same awards category, remember to complete this form for EACH entry. Judging will be done by the TCA Executive Committee and awards for these categories may not be given every year.
