Our studio requires that you schedule a 15-20 minute phone consultation prior to making an appointment. In special cases, we may require you to come in for a 1:1 in person consultation. Would you be willing to discuss your hair goals and review different options with a member of our team?*

The extension methods that we offer require maintenance to keep your hair healthy and looking its best. Most maintenance requirements are every 6-8 weeks. Would you be willing to come in every 6-8 weeks to maintain your look over the lifespan of your extension hair?*

APPOINTMENT EXPECTATIONS:

Once we have completed your in person or phone consultation, we will take a $500 retainer to secure your appointment booking. This retainer is non-refundable and will go towards the balance of your appointment on the day of.

Scheduling a consultation can take up to 3 weeks depending on our current availability.

All of the extension hair is custom ordered and colored to each guest. Hair can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our studio. Your extension appointment can range anywhere from 3-6 weeks from the time of your initial consultation.
