I hereby agree that Racquet Up Detroit, and the City of Detroit and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and assigns shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, or damages (collectively, "Claims"), incurred or caused by the participant (1) resulting from the participation in the squash tournament, the Great Lakes Invitational, and related activities, or (2) in connection with the participant's use of the facility, equipment, or premises where Racquet Up Detroit activities take place. 

Minor Indemnification: The following applies in the event of participation of a minor: I, the undersigned parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor, for myself and on behalf of the minor, hereby relieve, release, and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the participating facilities, Racquet Up Detroit, and the City of Detroit, their servants, agents and employees from any and all claims and demands of any and every kind and character for injury to my person or damage to property as a result of my participation the squash tournament, the Great Lakes Invitational, or engaging in other related activities.
