Thank you for your interest in leading an interactive roundtable discussion on transformative talent strategies at the 6th Annual Talent Strategies Symposium. The event will be held Wed., March 13, 2024, 8 a.m.-Noon, at the Kenton County Library, Erlanger Branch. An estimated 100-125 human resources leaders and other business professionals are expected to participate.
As one of four facilitators, your role will be to share your expertise on topics relevant to this year’s theme: "Total Talent Transformation.” Topics may include, but are not limited to innovation in compensation and benefits, career mapping, inclusive hiring practices, work-based learning, supportive and transformational employment, generational talent trends, and alternative work arrangements.
Facilitator Responsibilities:
- Be a member in good standing of the NKY Chamber of Commerce.
- Cover travel and related costs. (Facilitator’s registration fee will be waived.)
- Be available to facilitate two 30-minute roundtable discussions on selected topic between the hours of 8 a.m. and Noon. (Rotating sessions)
Submit this proposal by 5 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2023.
The Talent Strategies Symposium subcommittee will review submissions and will review all applicants of final facilitator selections. Submission of requested information may be used in event marketing materials.
