Thank you for your interest in leading an interactive roundtable discussion on workforce best practices at the 7th Annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium. The event will be held Wed., March 12, 2025, 8 a.m.-Noon, at the Kenton County Public Library, Erlanger Branch. An estimated 100 human resources leaders and other business professionals are expected to participate.
Selected facilitators will share their personal experience while prompting discussion among roundtable participants on relevant workforce best practice topics, such as:
· Data-driven decisions-how/where to find available data to help decision making - and how the "layperson" can use data effectively.
· Training and mentoring frontline supervisors - what's working.
· How AI is changing human resources.
· Generational changes affecting the workplace.
Facilitator Responsibilities:
1. Be a member in good standing of the NKY Chamber of Commerce.
2. Cover travel and related costs. (Facilitator’s registration fee will be waived.)
3. Be available to facilitate two 30-minute roundtable discussions on selected topic between the hours of 8 a.m. and Noon. (Rotating sessions).
For consideration, please complete the following and submit by 5 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2024.
The Workforce Best Practices Symposium subcommittee will review submissions to select four roundtable facilitators. Information submitted on this form may be used in event marketing materials.
