APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHETHER OR NOT THEY HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED FOR THE FAIR!
Applicants not accepted will receive a full refund.
ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN: Tents, canopies, tables, chairs, all supplies, signage, containers, coolers, extension cords.
(NOTE) There is no electrical service on the property!
All spaces will be categorized and assigned prior to the event. Each space is 10' x 10'. Space assignments will be emailed within the week prior to the event.
VENDOR GUIDELINES:
- Vendors will be permitted to enter the fairgrounds starting at their assigned times.
- All vendors must be on site no later than 9:00am
- Vendors will have 20 minutes in which to unload the vehicles and then move them into the designated parking area. Signs will be posted to the designated vendor parking area.
- No vehicles are permitted to remain in the fair area after 9:20am
- A Certificate of Insurance is required for all food vendors (MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION) Food Vendors are responsible for filing fire and health applications and schedule a fire inspection by May 6th by contacting Freehold Township Municipal building at 732-294-2000.
- Proof of Non-Profit Status is required from all Non-Profit vendors (MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION)
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their spaces clean, garbage must be removed.
- Vendors must utilize the space provided to them or they will be charged for extra space.
- No carnival barking or walking up and down the fairgrounds selling or handing out samples, however, they may in front of their designated space.
- No Shows - Will not be permitted to return the following year.
- Breakdown may not begin until 3:45pm (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Vehicles will not be permitted back into the fair area until 4:15pm to pack up their belongings.
- This event is rain or shine. There will be NO REFUNDS! The organizers hold the right to cancel the event in the case of severe inclement weather or in the event of an emergency. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
- The organizers have the right to and may decide to delay the start of the event due to inclement weather by 1 or 2 hours if necessary.
- In the event of a Covid-19 related shut down or cancellation, all fees will be refunded.
- Vendors are required to hold all state, federal and local permits or requirements.
- Food and beverage vendors are responsible to recycle
- All tents, etc. must be secured properly.
- Vendors may not wear, display, or sell anything with vulgarity, or obscenities on them.
- No subleasing or sharing of spaces will be permitted.
- No silly string, fireworks, snappers or poppers are permitted.
