  • Article V Section 6(d) of the Bylaws shall be amended to read: Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Section or elsewhere in these Bylaws, and in addition to the requirements set forth above: except for legal action to collect delinquent assessments or to foreclose liens filed with respect thereto, the Board of Directors shall not institute legal action against third parties or unit owners unless such legal action has first been approved by a majority of all votes of the unit owners.

  • Pursuant to Article V Section 6(d) of the Bylaws, I vote to authorize the Board of Directors to initiate legal action seeking an injunction against the owner of 622 S Nevada St., Apt. D, Portland, OR, 97219 requiring the owner to cease allowing the owner’s dogs to urinate or excrete feces on the limited common element deck attached to the unit.
