Article V Section 6(d) of the Bylaws shall be amended to read: Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Section or elsewhere in these Bylaws, and in addition to the requirements set forth above: except for legal action to collect delinquent assessments or to foreclose liens filed with respect thereto, the Board of Directors shall not institute legal action against third parties or unit owners unless such legal action has first been approved by a majority of all votes of the unit owners.
