ELC Resource Room Order Form
ELC’s Resource Rooms are available to all contracted child care providers. Prior to visiting your local ELC office, please note that the appointment time you select on the form is the time you arrive to gather your supplies. During your appointment, you can make your own dye cuts as well as roll bulletin paper. Please note that we no longer deliver your items, and they should be picked up during the appointment date/time you select. Thank you and enjoy!

Lamination requests will be completed, on average, in 3 business days if supplies are available. ELC takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur during lamination. ELC will contact you regarding your lamination order to determine a pickup time.
