As a model, you will receive your hair service at no cost or at a significantly reduced rate, with pricing reflecting on product usage only. In exchange, you agree to allow full use of photos, videos, and audio recorded throughout your appointment for social media, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.While labor is not being charged, I will guide the creative direction and content creation throughout the appointment. Models should be comfortable participating in posed photos, short form video content, and arriving prepared as requested to help bring the vision to life.This is a collaborative process rooted in trust, creativity, and respect.     I understand that my services are being provided as part of a creative, educational, and/or promotional process. I grant Lost Rose Salon / Looks by Leece and its representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, and record me during all parts of my appointment. This includes, but is not limited to:

    Consultations and overviews
    The application process
    Conversations and educational discussions
    Before, during, and after results
    Still photography, video recordings, and audio recordings
    I understand that this content may be used for educational, promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

    Social media platforms
    Websites and portfolios
    Educational materials and classes
    Advertising and promotional campaigns
    Brand or company collaborations and reposts
    I acknowledge that this content may be edited, altered, cropped, or combined with other media, and may be shared with or used by partner brands or companies for professional and promotional purposes.

    I understand that this content may be used without time limitation, worldwide, and without additional compensation, and that I waive the right to inspect or approve the final product.

    I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and release Lost Rose Salon / Looks by Leece from any claims related to the use of my image, likeness, voice, or appearance as outlined above.

  • Model Service Exchange & Participation Agreement

  • By participating as a model, I understand that the hair service I am receiving is provided at no cost or at a significantly reduced rate, and that this service is offered in exchange for my participation in content creation and promotional use.

    I acknowledge and agree to the following expectations:

    I understand that the value of the service reflects the cost of product, time, and expertise, and is provided in trade for my willingness to be photographed and recorded.
    I agree to allow posed and guided modeling, including direction on positioning, expressions, and movement.
    I agree to participate in photos and trending-style video content for social media, including but not limited to Reels, short-form video, and behind-the-scenes content.
    I understand that I am responsible for arriving with hair and makeup prepared as requested, or completing makeup on-site if instructed.
    I agree to bring a positive attitude, flexibility, and effort throughout the appointment to support the creative and educational process.
    I understand that failure to meet these expectations (including refusal to participate in content, posing, or required preparation) may result in:

    The service being stopped, or
    The service being charged at full price, at the discretion of Lost Rose Salon / Looks by Leece.
    I confirm that my participation is voluntary and that I am comfortable with the exchange of services as outlined above.
