For security purposes, if the information you enter does not match what the credit bureau has on file, you will not be able to proceed with the eConsent and you will need to submit the paper consent form and 2 ID's. Please note that CSI Background Screening has no control over what questions are provided, nor do we know what information is on your credit file.
