    Graduation is one of the most memorable milestones in our students’ university journey, and we want to make it a truly special experience for our graduates, their families, and guests. With your energy, enthusiasm, and support, we can help make these ceremonies unforgettable!

    We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented colleagues to assist with:

    • Robing – helping our graduates prepare for their big moment
    • Ushering – welcoming and guiding graduates and guests
    • Behind-the-scenes support – helping everything run smoothly from start to finish

  • Responsibility Statement: 

    By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to participate in the mandatory Academic Regalia Robing training session conducted by the Examinations Section, as well as the subsequent evaluation process. Completion of both is required before I can assist with the Graduation Ceremonies.

     

    Details regarding the training sessions and follow-up schedules will be provided in due course.

     

    Staff members are asked to note that their participation in the Graduation Ceremonies requires approval from their Head of Department. A formal request for approval will be sent to them for consideration.

     

    Morning ceremonies begin at 9:30 AM, and support team members are expected to arrive by 7:30 AM. For afternoon ceremonies, which start at 3:30 PM, arrival is required by 2:00 PM.

     

  • Lunch will be provided to persons assigned to work all day (both morning and evening sessions). Persons assigned to work the morning session or evening session only will receive a snack box.
