Sentio Counseling Washington Training Program Application

Your initial application must include two successfully completed components. First, submit this Training Program Application. Second, complete the Deliberate Practice Video Assignment. Once these two components have been received, we will contact you with information about your applicant interview.

Please note that SCW is 100% online; all applicants must have access to a private physical space, reliable internet service, and a computer that is appropriate for telehealth. Applicants must also be available for weekly trainings on Thursdays from 9-10 am and weekly supervision to be determined on counselor and supervisor availability. The SCW training program is designed to improve your clinical abilities through intensive mentoring and supervision. Our training methods include Deliberate Practice, skill rehearsal, frequent feedback from supervisors, and clinical outcome data. Dedication to intensive clinical skill development and close mentorship by SCW staff and supervisors
