This form is very useful in helping me getting to know you and your family and learn about your home. It gives me insight to understand your needs and motivations. It tells me how best to understand the value and potential to market your home; as well as how to get a head start on listing your home. CMAs are fine but they can’t tell me if you’ve made improvements that add value to your home, I prefer accuracy the first time so we know what the fair market value is. This appointment is where I will present myself and my brokerage as the best option to market and get your home sold for the most money possible and as efficient a time as possible. We'll talk about my team and our plan to market your specific home, along with your home's current fair market value. In the event you decide to list with me at the time of our appointment, initial pictures will be taken and I will need a spare keys for all lockable doors to put into the secure lockbox. Please plan accordingly for this and be ready for pictures with a clean house and tidy yard. I will also order professional photos and videos at this time but they will be done later according to your schedule and the optimal time for lighting conditions.

We have the option of two types of open houses: Brokers Open House (for Agents and Brokers only - mainly to get feedback on the listing and hopefully to get them to show to their clients who may have peak interest in your property) and Regular Open Houses (Marketed to the general public). Note: When the house is shown there must be no sign a pet lives there, in other words it must be clean, odorless, and ideally the pet will be boarded safely out of sight. Some people are not fond of pets, and that could potentially ruin an otherwise potential sale.
