Basic artisan/service-provider vendor protocol is required to vend 1x a month. It is recommended to have a prescribed schedule (e.g. 1st Sunday, 2nd Sunday, Every Other Sunday)

Approved Craft Artisan and Service-Provider vendors are eligible to vend up to 2 Sundays per month. The option to vend more might be opened up to the vendor pending discussion with GOFM staff and their first 3 GOFM appearances. Vendor appearances must adhere to a set schedule, agreed-upon before their first appearance.

If an Agricultural or Value-added Goods vendor also wishes to vend eligible Artisan Craft products, they must maintain offerings that represent a minimum of 50% of the former at any given market in order to sell every Sunday. This will be periodically assessed by the Market Manager and GOFM staff.

All eligible vendors are approved on a case-by-case basis by GOFM staff. In the case of Service-Provider and Artisan Craft vendors, these applications will be reviewed by the GOFM staff and are accepted at their discretion. In general, at any given market, GOFM will plan for their to be no more than 4 Artisan Craft vendors at market (this number excludes vendors who sell both artisan products + food products, such as a vendor selling honey + beeswax candles.)
