The main PAPER Consent must be purchased before choosing any additional products.  If you require the USA Criminal Record Check or International Criminal Record Check, once payment is made you will be emailed the required forms by our CSI team to complete.  An Enhanced Canadian Criminal Record Check, is available for an additional $5.00 by checking that box below.  A Police Clearance Letter is also available for an additional $10.00.

The order form must be completed for all services requested. The consent is then sent to Police (CPIC) for processing.
