Swim Lesson Absence Reporting
Use this form to let our aquatic team know when your child will be missing swim lessons.

Please make sure to report your child's absence before the class occurs when possible.

Reporting your child's swim lesson absence will prevent your child from being removed from their swim lesson.

Participants who miss three or more classes in a row without informing us will be removed from swim lessons to make room for another participant.
