Please complete this form to book your tour. NOTE: BASF Planetarium includes a grade-level/age appropriate lesson, a film, and a simulated night sky tour on the planetarium dome. Brazosport Museum of Natural Science may include an optional grade-level/age appropriate scavenger hunt (choose below). Brazosport Art League Gallery may include a grade-level/age appropriate lesson and art activity. *Please note that School & Group tours are PRIVATE EVENTS. Seating is LIMITED. Anyone (child or adult) NOT included in this form will be required to purchase a ticket and may delay the start of the show, which can result in a shortened experience. Please include ALL adults and children in the form. Chaperones (1 per 15 students/children) MUST be employees of the school or group. **IF YOUR GROUP INCLUDES MORE THAN 100 ATTENDEES (INCLUDING CHILDREN/STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES, CHAPERONES, ADDITIONAL ADULTS), PLEASE CALL 979-265-7661 TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
