    Artisan Buttercream operates on a weekly production schedule. Order requests must be submitted by Tuesday at 11:59 PM for events taking place that weekend.

    Requests received after this cutoff may not be accommodated and are subject to a Priority Service Fee. Holiday weeks may close earlier.

      Cupcake designs are guided by the selected tier. Inspiration images are welcome for overall style, though designs are not replicated exactly.

      Inspiration photos are welcome and help guide the overall design. While we do not replicate another artist’s work exactly, they allow us to create a custom design inspired by your vision and finished with our signature style.

      • Responses are typically provided within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends

      • If an invoice is issued, please check your spam or promotions folder if it does not appear in your inbox

      • A 50% retainer is required to secure your order date and is non-refundable

      • The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date
