Thank you so much for your interest in our Sage Babes! To make the booking process easier, please fill out the following form as best as possible. This helps us make sure that you are paired with the best stylist for you and your desired color. Further inquiry may be needed on our part, such as pictures and/or and in person consultation. I understand that at Sage Hair Lounge all stylists are independent and I may be required to place a card on file in order to proceed with booking an appointment as it coincides with the stylists cancellation/no-show policy. I have also reviewed the cancellation/reschedule policy for Sage Hair Lounge and understand my card will be charged if not followed. If for some reason it is not paid, future appointments may not be booked. *
