IT'S NOT THE NORMAL BLAH BLAH BLAH
WHAT TO EXPECT
Yoni Steam is an ancient, holistic practice thats been used in many cultures for ages to promote overall vaginal health. Utilizing heat & organic herbs to assist the body’s natural cleansing capabilities. The practice can also be very meditative.
The Yoni steam process involves sitting over a steaming pot of herb-infused water, generally for about 30 minutes per session. As the steam rises and the herbs penetrate vaginal tissue, it is thought that the vagina and uterus are cleansed and soothed.
Steaming is a cleanse. Some of the possible signs the vaginal steaming is working is if you experience -- the urge to urinate while steaming, discharge after steaming, increased clots or cramps during the period, increased dry cramps, increased irregular vaginal discharge, emotional release, periods that come earlier or later than expected.
