Terms & Conditions: We are JSCurryTravels and are excited to help you with your travel needs. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to JSCurryTravels and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. In order to provide the best professional services to you and meet your travel needs there will be a non-refundable professional research fee in the amount of $25. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and effort to ensure you have a stress free vacation. JSCurryTravels personally researches cruises, hotels, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs. We also contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and personalize itineraries. Personalized itineraries may also be an additional cost. The research fee is valid for 30 days and includes 1 destination change. Otherwise, I will consider your quote request as canceled. After the 30 day grace period, a new research fee will be due. NO EXCEPTIONS! Research fees are NOT applied to your balance. Once the research fee is obtained, I will contact you to get started with your trip. By signing this form you’re agreeing to the following terms and conditions listed below: JSCurryTravels will not proceed with any travel planning until the fee has been paid. Your quotes/ itineraries/proposals WILL NOT be released until this form has been signed and returned by YOU. By signing you agree that the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and understand that a new fee will be due if you initiate any new requests after 30 days. If you choose not to book with me for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc), then the fee will be retained by me as payment for the services rendered. Please know that if JSCurryTravels has already started processing your trip, deposits or full balance has been made and you decide to cancel there may be a cancellation fee of $75. Your signature serves as your agreement to the terms and conditions above.
