Please use this form to request a site visit for your group visit of 15 or more people and/or K-12 group. Please note that requests must be made at least 2 weeks before your anticipated date. It can take up to 4 business days for us to process your request.

Standard Pricing - $20 per person ($300 group minimum)
Private K - 12 Discounted Rate (most of our students pay tuition) - $300 flat rate
College/University Discounted Rate - for groups of less than 40 currently enrolled, degree-seeking students – $300 flat rate
College/University Discounted Rate - for groups of more than 40 currently enrolled, degree-seeking students – $500 flat rate
Public K-12 Discounted Rate (our students do not pay tuition) - $2 per person
FAQ: When is the 'best time' to schedule a tour?
Private guided tours are scheduled based on staff availability and the availability of our space, so there's not a standard set of dates/times that we have available. We do not schedule private tours on Tuesdays between 10 AM - 12:30 PM, Wednesdays between 10:30 AM - 1 PM, or Saturdays between 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Saturday tours are especially popular, so it's best to request your dates as far in advance as possible!

Cancellation Policy
A staff member will reach out to you within 4 business days to confirm your reservation and share an invoice for your visit. Once you confirm your reservation by replying to that email, the following cancellation policy will take affect. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled visit are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this time. You may add additional participants beyond the 15 person minimum to your tour at any time!
I understand that I will receive an invoice via email to confirm my reservation. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of receipt and before my scheduled tour. I understand that confirmation of my tour will NOT be given over the phone and must be confirmed via email.
