Code of Conduct for Parents and Guardians

I pledge to be responsible for my words and actions while attending any Total Kaos Wrestlinge Team practices or sporting events and shall conform my behavior to the following code of conduct:

1. I will not engage nor encourage my wrestler(s) in unsportsmanlike conduct with any coach, parent, participant, official or any other attendee.

2. I will not nor will my wrestler(s) engage in any behavior which would endanger the health, safety or well-being of any coach, parent, participant, official or any other attendee.

3. I will not nor will I encourage my wrestler(s) to engage in the use of profanity.

4. I will treat my coach, parent, participant, official or any other attendee with respect regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, or ability. 

5. I will encourage my child to treat any coach, parent, participant, official or any other attendee with respect regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, or ability.

6. I will not nor will my wrestler(s) engage in verbal or physical threats or abuse aimed at any coach, parent, participant, official or any other attendee.

7. I will not initiate nor will I encourage my wrestler(s) to fight or scuffle with any coach, parent, participant, official or any other attendee.

8. I will not nor will my wrestler(s) engage in being a distraction within the team. This includes gossiping, spreading hate and discontent that takes away from Total Kaos club values. 

I hereby agree that if I fail to conform my conduct to the foregoing while attending a Total Kaos practice or sporting event I will be subject to disciplinary action. including but not limited to the following in any order or combination:

• Verbal warning issued by a Total Kaos Coach or Board Member.
• Written warning issued by a Total Kaos Coach or Board Member.
• Suspension or immediate ejection from any Total Kaos practice or sporting event.
• Suspension from multiple practices or sporting events issued by Total Kaos Coach or Board Member. Permanent Suspension from the Total Kaos Wrestling Club.
• Possible referral to the local law enforcement agency.

Code of Conduct for Total Kaos Wrestlers

I will treat all athletes,coaches, and officials with respect before, during and after all training and matches.

I will accept the decisions of officials without arguing. I will let the coach handle disputes.

When I cheer for my teammates, I will be respectful with my comments about opposing wrestlers, coaches, or officials.

I will not use profanity or vulgarity or make racist or sexist comments.

I will set a good example of behavior and show a good work ethic for my teammates.

I will show respect for all facilities and other property used during practices, tournaments, and team activities.

I will do my best to uphold my team's reputation.

Total Kaos Anti- Bullying Contract

Bullying is unwanted or aggressive behavior that involves a power imbalance, real or perceived. Total Kaos Wrestling Club does not condone and will not tolerate any type of the following bullying from their athletes, coaches, or parents.

Verbal Bullying: Saying or writing offensive remarks. Examples, teasing. name calling, taunting, and threatening to cause harm.

Physical Bullying: Hurting a person's body or possessions. Examples, hitting, kicking, pinching, spitting, tripping, pushing, taking/breaking/hiding somcone's property, making rude hand gestures.

Social Bullying: Hurting someone's reputation or relationships. Examples, purposely leaving someone out of the activity, telling others not to be friends with someone. spreading rumors about someone. publicly embarrassing someone. posting embarrassing pictures/videos, rumors sent by text. email or social media.

Athletes, Parents, Coaches, and Board Members agree to the following:

• I will NOT bully teammates, parents, coaches, or board members.
• I will report bullying to a coach, parent, or board member if I witness or hear of the bullying incident.
• I will work together and treat everyone with respect so bullying does not happen.

Total Kaos Anti Bullying Policy, Procedure and Consequences

If there is a report of bullying from any member of Total Kaos Wrestling Team (Athletes, Parents, Coaches, Board Members), every attempt will be made to adequately investigate and fairly assess the severity of the alleged bullying incident. All parties involved will be kept informed and are required to cooperate fully with Total Kaos Board during the investigation process to remedy the situation in the most efficient manner.

The investigation process can include verbal questioning, written documentation, conflict resolution process and disciplinary action.

Disciplinary actions for those individuals found to have violated the Anti-Bullying Contract are not limited to the following in any order or combination:

• Verbal warning issued by a Total Kaos Coach or Board Member.
• Written warning issued by a Total Kaos Coach or Board Member.
• Suspension or immediate ejection from any Total Kaos practice or sporting event.
• Suspension from multiple practices or sporting events.
• Permanent Suspension from the Total Kaos Wrestling Club.
• Possible referral to the local law enforcement agency.
