We are Money Mastery LLC - a woman owned professional consulting firm with a passion for serving owner-operators of small to mid-sized construction companies and subcontracting trades.

We seek a Full-Time Controller with experience in construction or subcontracting trades. The successful candidate is knowledgeable and well-versed in all aspects of accounting and business management for construction companies with gross receipts under $10,000,000. The Clients we serve rely on us to CRUSH their job cost, cashflow and profitability analysis. Attention to detail, teamwork and concise communication are a must.
The right candidate possesses a mindset that thinks proactively and analytically to spot issues and provide solutions for our Clients. We add value for our construction owner-operators by simultaneously maximizing their profits and reducing their tax burden. We never work more than 45 hours a week – even during tax season! Duties:
Advanced bookkeeping & job costing
Customized QuickBooks Online reports
Preparation and internal review of financial statements
Assisting with banking/finance documents
Work comp audits & 1099 Prep
Preparation of cash flow projections and debt schedules
Oversight of Accounts Payable
Must Haves:

Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years experience as a controller or similar managerial accounting position
Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online for multiple entities
Analysis of financial statements & advanced journal entries
Ability to switch between accrual basis and cash basis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Teams
