MINI GOLF

Mini Golf is one of our most popular options. We bring it, set it all up and then it is turn key ready for play. Below is our flyer with full details.

Notes on how Mini Golf can work for your situation:

Weddings, Showers, Anniversary Parties - Usually 9 Holes is the best option. If there are NO kids, and you want it set up for the entire event, usually a RENTAL works great. For guests who only need it for the cocktail hour, then Mini Golf as an Activitiy station works well, as our staff will engage and encourage play during the appropriate time.

Kids Birthday Party - We recommend booking looking at our BIRTHDAY PARTY flyer. This includes a Mini Golf Party that has mini golf as well as other activities to keep your guests engaged and entertained. Up to 9 Holes is typically suffice for Kids Parties. Keep in mind that while the BIRTHDAY guest may be enthralled with mini golf and play for 2 hours straight, not all guests may have the same interests - this is why we recommend the Birthday Party option.

School Fun Day (in school elementary event) Great as a station rental. See our school Fun Day Flyer. 9 Holes is best for elementary.

Community FAIRS / Family Events - If you will have many activities at your event for guests to enjoy, we recommend 9 Holes as an activity station in which we staff and run it for you. If you expect 500+ for an event that is less than 3 hours, you may want to do TWO- 9 Hole courses.

Events during the WORK DAY - If you are just looking for something fun for staff to do for 15-30 minutes at their leisure or while at a company outing, then stick with 9 Holes. If you are looking for an ORGANIZED TEAM BUILDING EVENT that will last 45-90 minutes for 10-100 people, you should go with 18 Holes.

Mini Golf Fundraisers or MINI GOLF NIGHTS - When the event is ALL ABOUT MINI GOLF and you want a bulk of your guests time PLAYING MINI GOLF, then we recommend choosing 18 Holes. 18 Holes will engage your guests longer and will get you a wider variety of scores for tournaments and competitions. Adult tournaments and Fundraisers, College Events, High School and Middle School Events, Parent- Child Events.

Tournaments: If you are looking for an ORGANIZED EVENT, in which all guests golf simulataneously, you can add a tournmanet package to your RENTAL. The Carnival Party will gather all your guests, make teams, assign holes, get them golfing and then keep track of their scores. After all guests have submitted their scores, we will announce winners and honorable mentions. Great for WORK team building events, ADULT - TEEN PARTIES and community Fundraisers.

Less than 30 kids / 60 AttendeesMore than Likely 30-75 Kids / 150 AttendeesI am looking to provide several activities for kids to choose from throughout the party. We do all the setup. We introduce the event and then run it for your group. Making your activity staton a TOURNAMENT OR EVENT is typcially an additional $200-$400 - depending on how many participants you expect.

Events for Early Childcare Programs ~ Kids 2-6 years

We offer many of our themes in our Camps and Afterschool Flyer for early childhood programs. We typically offer each theme as 30 minute sessions for up to 20 kids at once.

What you need to know - The younger the kids, the more assistance they will need from your staff. Kids as young as 2 can experience many of the activities, but we highly recommend you discuss with your staff before planning for anyone under 4 years. ie. Candyland can be a great opportunity for reinforcing taking turns, counting and color identification all while having fun. BUT STAFF will need to partner up with the kids! Over the years we have seen some staff provide an exciting experience for the kids, and then we have seen some very tired staff frustrated that their younger kids need help. YOU KNOW YOUR STAFF BETTER THAN US ~ We just like to give you a heads up!
